Bound in recent three-quarter crimson leather, over cloth boards. Generally somewhat browned and edgeworn internally, with some insect damage in the bottom margin, but still quite clear and legible. There is a break in the pagination at p. 424 (Hhh4); numbering skips to p. 451 (Aaaa). Another copy in our hands has identical pagination, and the text is continuous, so this is clearly a printer's error in page numbering. Overall, a very sound copy, lacking frontispice and with the defective page numbering noted above. Seller Inventory # S23353
