About this Item
Full calf leather. [10], 279, 1 pp. PLEASE NOTE: title page and several pages of the introduction are MISSING. Bibliographic data based on the pagination of 279 pp., and the dedication to John Downes. Front cover detached, with the leather backstrip coming loose. Heavy scuffing and edgewear, with moderate soiling and staining. Several leaves torn or detached in what remains of the introduction, with one leaf missing most of itself.
