Small wall map, varnished and linen-backed, with original wooden rods. Some cracking and two short tears, otherwise bright. Somewhat brittle. Shows south central England with a small portion of eastern Wales. Coal fields are delineated in color. Major railroads and spurs are shown and color-keyed. The map shows roughly from Macclesfield and Staveley in the north to Worcester and Stratford-on-Avon in the south. In addition to county lin mining district boundaries are also shown. Encompasses all or part of the Counties of Northampton, Leicester, Shropshire, Chester, Derby, Warwick, Stafford, Worcester, Flint and Montgomery. Seller Inventory # m01622
