Legatura posteriore in mezza pelle, titolo e fregi in oro al dorso. 1327 illustrazioni nel testo e 49 tavole a colori fuori testo. Lievi tracce di polvere e segni del tempo alla legatura e al taglio superiore, leggere abrasioni al dorso. Manca il frontespizio del terzo volume che però possiede il piatto originale conservato all'interno. Strappetto che non compromette la lettura a pagina 737. Pagine lievemente ingiallite.
