High-Class Criminals; Crimes of the Highway; Some Murder Mysteries (Vol. II). The Poisoners; Crimes of Greed and Acquisitiveness; Association of Criminals (Vol. III). All vols. profusely illus. including 14 early works by Arthur Rackham, + Plates and Index. Each vol. has 464pp. Lge. 8vo. h/back. According to 'Bibliography of Crime' by Sir John Cumming, this edition was published in 1920, but this set has a gift insc. in each volume by Sidney Shea to Leaf Temple Dunk, appointed Chief Constable of Canterbury, dated 1907. (see image). Green cloth covers dec. in blind and gilt on sp. Browned edges and eps, lightly foxed o/w Vg+. These 3 volumes weigh approx. 5kgs. and will require additional postage.
