Large unbacked map, lacking top rod, showing all railroads and "Every finished station as of June 1862". Minor damage and one small hole near the top. Somewhat brittle, with earlier repairs to the back. Full color by county. The map shows the eastern part of the country as far west as Nebraska and central Texas just west of Austin. This map includes Lloyd's notable disclaimer warning of maps made by another person named Lloyd ( H. H.) who was trading on the name while producing inferior and mistake-laden maps.
