With 14 full-page color plates by N. C. Wyeth. Black cloth with titling in gold on the spine, and with a mounted, Wyeth color illustration on the front cover. In the very scarce, black paper-covered box, with a mounted Wyeth color illustration on the top. The back cover of the book shows a light paste spot; the box shows splitting to two of the edges of the lower top cover, a small piece of black paper chipped away to the lower end of the top cover, some wear & rubbing to the box edges & corners. A very well preserved copy of this book, in a much better than average, and unrestored box. First published in this Wyeth illustrated format in 1931. Weight 2 1/2 lbs.
