Light wear to extremities with minor scuffing to corners and end bands. Name plate on front paste down. Front gutter shaken. Light offsetting from plates. Gift presentation on second fly leaf. Minor toning to text block. Tissue guards all intact. All edges gilt. Binding intact. Beautiful! Please see photos. Alaric Alexander Watts (1797-1864) was a British poet and journalist, born in London. His life was dedicated to newspaper creation and editing, and he was seen as a conservative writer.
