Original red cloth with beveled edges. Bordered in black with lettering in gilt and decoration in black and gilt. All edges olive. With 32 pp. of ads to the rear. With ten full page illustrations by Gordon Browne. A bright and brilliant copy with only one blemish - a dent to the bottom edge of the front panel. Previous bookseller notation indicating this is a first but the book was published originally in 1889 and the first title listed in the ads in the rear was published in 1895.
