Piece missing from the spine of Vol. II dust jacket, penciled ownershp name dated "1919" on title pages of both volumes, otherwise a superb set save for some newspapers offsetting at the rear of both volumes. This popular political biographies went through four reprints between 1903 and 1909 as a three volume set before this two volume set was published in 1911, so it is not in any way a rare work.
