1979. Second Printing. 544 pages. Beige pictorial dust jacket over brown cloth. Second printing of 250 copies, published in 1979. Folded map present to rear of the book. Contains black and white photographic plates. Front flap of the dust jacket detached but still present. Pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with light foxing. Slightly more pronounced to text block edges. Binding has remained firm. Insert to front endpaper. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. Minor scuffing to edges with small water drops to boards. Unclipped dust jacket has heavy edge wear, with tears, chips and areas of loss. Moderate tanning to spine and edges. Front flap is detached. Noticeable foxing overall.
