Rockwell Kent illustrations. Signs of rubbing, scuffing to slipcover. Back of volume has slight chipping of emerald cloth, shows gilt beneath. Former owner has inscribed "To my mother, 1951, on her birthday" across top of frontpiece and there are ink traces on the obverse.
