This first edition is in near fine condition and has no real observable condition issues. There is a slight green mark on the top of the pages. A penciled price is still on the ffep . The jacket is in all but fine condition with no apparent defects. The jacket is protected with a mylar cover. There is a very slight smudged erased price marking on the top corner of the ffep. Robert Utley is recognized as one of the most prominent authors of the American West. This 1993 book on the famous Sioux leader Sitting Bull received national acclaim.
