1994 signed and inscribed first edition, The Historical Committee of the West Coast Cajun and Zydeco Music and Dance Association (n.p.), 8 1/2 x 11 inches tall metal wire spiral bound in red printed covers, illustrated with black-and-white photographs and maps, iv, 48 pp. The lower tip of the book has a three-inch crease throughout. Nicely inscribed and signed on the title page in the year of issue by author Frieda Marie Fusilier.
