Peoples Edition , original green boards with illustrations on front of Humpty Dumpty and Alice. Front and rear paste downs and free have foxing , front has previous owners signature and small label on tail. Inside is good apart from a little shelf wear with fifty illustrations by John Tenniel which are very good. 12mo,Pp,[12], 215, [1]. This is a very good copy for such an old book , I think maybe all of us have read Lewis Carroll and reading them as an adult they are just as good. Seller Inventory # 2782
