Fair to good. Very hard to find. There is a signed note from the author dated 1907 gifting the copy of the book, one of the author's own copies, to the recipient in appreciation of an article written about the book. The Dumfries Castle, constructed in the 13th Century and destroyed in 1313 by Robert the Bruce is the main subject of the book, with a section on a contemporary house / castle that was nearby. There are some markings to the board covers, and considerable foxing to the first few and last few pages. 7 by 9 pages, 53 pages. Ships within 24 hours. Seller Inventory # 3523
