Soiled scarlet embossed boards rubbed on leading corners and front lettered in gilt with heraldic device; faded spine similarly decorated, with a 5 cm split down one hinge and fraying to top and base, the former with 3 cm tear. Internally 8 mm wide exposure of webbing where folding map detached, the map stamped and bearing an 18 cm tear without loss. Title page soiled and stamped. Occasional discreet stamps in top corner of text; clean and tight. Pp xxiii, (1), 1064, 64. Seller Inventory # X3615
