Hurford and with charts, hardcover, revised edition of 1937 original, 1941. ITEM CONDITION: good. The text block and illustrations are in very good condition with no dogears, tears, or marks (there is some foxing or staining along the edge). The pages are age-tanned. There is no bookplate nor signature of a prior owner. This is not a library book nor a remainder, but inside the front and rear covers is printed ?This Book Is the Property of the State of Texas? along with lines for student names (none here) and other textbook information and requirements, including an indication that the book was to be used from Feb. 1, 1941 to Jan. 31, 1944. The red cloth boards are in fair condition (edges are rubbed, bumped corners, bumped spine). 7 ¼ x 5 ¼, 264 pages, 16 ounces XX About the authors: Kate W. Kinyon was the director of Home Economics in the Denver Public Schools and L. Thomas Hopkins was a professor of education at Teachers College, Columbia University and a Curriculum Specialist at Lincoln School of Teachers College.
