Leather spine with 5 raised bands, leather corners and marbled boards. Page edges marbled Gilt lines & lettering to soine. Frontispiece is an engraving of Ursula March as she offers bread to the young John Halifax. Small closed tear to margin. Protected by its Tissue Guard. The engraving is dated 1861. Pages in very good, clean condition. Some wear to cover mainly around edges.Text block very firm. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Seller Inventory # 003224
