9 tracks. Signed and inscribed, "Don't Forget Me!" by John Cougar on outer sleeve. Sleeve has gently bumped corners and a small puncture on front panel. Inner sleeve has creased corners and multiple torn edges. LP is free of scratches but is warped from possible heat exposure and will probably *not* play correctly.
