Not ex-lib. Hardcover in dark green cloth, in off-white jacket with green titlesand figure, 8vo. xix + 220pp. + album of 80 plates. Index, bibliography, footnotes throughout. 53 figures throughout text. VG/Good+ to VG-. Book has clean, deeply-colored cloth with bright stamped titles to spine; mildly softened upper spine end; mildly toed-in corrners. Binding strong and square, favors several gatherings within with two pages before plates (in index) slightly misset. Pages and plates lightly toned, clean and unmarked; creases from former dogears to 6 pages, not into text. Price-clipped jacket has chips to 1/2" depth upper spine end and upper front edge toward hinge, 3 1/2" long x 11/4" deep chip lower rear corner. Mlight to near moderate toning to spine with no effect on titles; central front and back panels clean bright. Jacket in Non-institutional Brodart. Seller Inventory # 038280
