Rare UK 1954 Reprint. This is the first printing of the revised text, which is the basis for all of the modern reprints of the book. First Printing of the "New and Revised Edition". Cover not price clipped. With scuffing and tears to edges, corners and spine of D/J (see photos). Boards are solid. Slight learn to boards. Book bound in red cloth. The Toff logo in black on the lower right corner of the front cover board. Title text in black on spine has some fading (See photos). Pushing to spine, corner tips on front. Minor bumping to rear board near edge (see photos). Slight mark on front board, might be ink (See photos). Pages are neat and tidy. Outside page edges have spotting and fading (See photos).
