Description: Both the half-title and the title page are decorated in a plum color that matches the binding; frontis portrait plate and three additional black and white plates. There is no printed date whatever; dating this by the owner's inscription (1897). BINDING/CONDITION: dark plum binding with red, green and gilt decorations; owner's gift note, one small blemish on the rear cover (light colored stain), otherwise in Very Good condition.
