Houlston and Son, this is a scarce chapbook on Astronomy for Children, bound in the original printed wrappers, 5.5 inches tall, 54 pages, the covers are worn and marked with loss to spine paper, leaving lower inner page edges loosened though original stitching is fully intact, internally old inscription dated 1823 to front endpaper, noticeable browned spots to a few pages, some creased page corners, old annotations in light pencil on and off throughout, these appear contemporary with early 1820s pencilled dates, else is acceptable condition A VERY SCARCE CHILDREN?S CHAPBOOK ON ASTRONOMY.
