Together with handwritten letter by the artist to Julian Andrews, British Council envoy in Amsterdam, dated 6 January 1992 and printed text by Andrews. Fulton describes the number of walks in the project "The difference between the title (100) and the walks total (165) is just an inference to the pointlessness of counting the walks and yet there was a specific number at a specific time".
