This three volume limited edition set are now very scarce difficult to find, these are unnumbered of an 800 copy print run, Vol 1 has a fold out map at the rear with closed tear, 411 pp. Vol 2, 323 pp. vol 3 has more faded dust jack than the first two and a fold out map at rear 511pp. Dust jackets have very slight edge creasing on the tops.
