Includes index, several illustrations. Spine mildly cracked at the 2nd free endpage, but all pages firmly bound in. Ex-Library with standard library marks and relics consisting of call number label on the spine, "Harvard University School of Public Administration Jul 16 1940" stamped on the front pastedown (inside front cover) and copyright page, "Withdrawn from Littauer Library" stamped on the front pastedown, library call number label on the title page, circulation card pasted to the reverse of the rear endpage, a Littauer Library lable on the rear pastedown and another circulation card affixed to the rear pastedown. A small notation has been blacked out with a marker on the front pastedown and a similar blacked out notation exists on the first free endpage. The rest of the book's pages appear to be clean and undamaged with light toning (age tanning). A little soiling to exterior front and back covers. Two cover corners are lightly bumped. Light wear to top and bottom edges of the spine and corner tips. The book will be bubble-wrapped and carefully packed in a sturdy box to ensure safe transit. Seller Inventory # ABH5088
