The Library edition, mentioned on the spine labels. Four volumes translated by P.A. Motteux, with a short life of Cervantes at the beginning of Vol. 1 and numerous engravings by Lalause. Bound in brown cloth on boards with paper labels on the spines, printed in red and black. The pages are uncut and the top is gilt.
