THE FRONT INSIDE HINGE HAS SPLIT AND THE BINDING IS EXPOSED. BOTH END-PAPERS HAVE YELLOWED. THE BINDING IS TIGHT. PAGES GENERALLY APPEAR CLEAN AND CREASE FREE. ALL IN ALL A NICE EXAMPLE OF THIS BOOK.
