Good Minus, (G-), Town of Durham, Greene County NY, 1899, 12 pages, list of 1899 Town Officers on rear cover, softcover, 6-1/8 in. x 9 in., pinkish-tan paper covers (now faded) with black titles, pamphlet bound with one through-and-through staple, wax tape on spine (probably bound thus, or else affixed a very long time ago), covers are brittle and show wear and significant chipping to corners and edges with a few short closed tears (the most serious closed tears now neatly repaired with archival paper tape), covers faded with light soil, glue marks from tape, text block slightly loose in covers, pages mildly age-toned, very minor bumping to page corners and fore edges, otherwise contents clean and tight, item protected in new clear plastic sleeve, book: Good Minus {Though the covers certainly show their age, the contents of this little pamphlet are in very nice condition, made up of an alphabetical list of Names & Description of Property, with the categories of Dogs, Acres, Real, Personal, Total, and Tax for each.} (G-) 5593 [Pss1022RB].
