Portfolio with cream cloth hinge, marbled paper sides over boards, mounted printed title label; 12 x 8.5 in. With 15 original leaves from various books printed by the Grabhorn Press (the usual quantity, per Magee) plus the title leaflet. One of 200 copies printed for private distribution. With the bookplate of James Strohn Copley (1916-1973), the journalist, newspaperman, and publisher of the San Diego Union-Tribune, on the front pastedown (his sale, Sotheby's, June 17, 2010, lot 235), and a small attractive bookplate of the Merrymount Press, Boston. An overall near fine copy: contents fine, portfolio shows some some age toning at the edges and light wear at the corners. Magee 350. Seller Inventory # 4695
