Interior is clean and free of any markings or bookplates except a very neat ownership inscription in blue fountain pen dated 1938, Big Springs Ranch to the ffep. Very small spot of foxing (?) to the bottom right corner of the first five pages. Typical Covici light grey linen boards but with the green rule stamped horizontally to the top third. Green ink titles and devices to spine. Some light age toning to board extremities, more noticeably to the spine. Head and tail of the spine are a bit ?thread worn? with a small chip to the tail. Top edge is a moderately faded green. Fore-edge and bottom edge are untrimmed. Without dustjacket. Now protected in mylar jacket. Seller Inventory # 004139
