Beige receipt with black letters, shows some wear and aging. Top left corner torn off -- see scan. Still quite attractive and completely readable. ; Oblong 64mo 3" - 4½" tall; 1 pages; Receipt to C. D. Honiker for a contribution he made to the Georgia Hall at Warm Springs, Georgia where Franklin Roosevelt often went for Polio treatments. The receipt has Roosevelt 's facsimile signature as an honorary trustee. Unusual bit of FDR ephemera. Pre-dates Warm Springs as a tourist attraction by many years. Seller Inventory # 11759
