Small 8vo, c. 5.75 x 3.75 inches, pp. 94, hardback in original cloth. Book condtion - Good. Contents clean, no foxing, owner's incription ( 'D. S. Foreman') in ink on inner front board, some inscriptions in text - mostly correcting printed figures, bottom fifth of pages 43/44 removed, inner hinges intact ; original blue cloth with title in gilt on front board, corners rubbed and bent, some edge wear, back clean but dusty appearance and with some fading around the edges, spine complete with creasing at spine ends, spine colour faded and with an indentation, piercing the cloth, roughly half way, front marked and faded with gilt title dulled. No dustwrapper - if ever issued. The contents cover the union's work for the year and contain various reports - List of Parishes, List of Guardians and Assessment Committees, Lists of other committees and members, Expenditure, Cost of Maintenance, List of Officers and their salaries, Medical Officers, Public Vaccinators, Relief Regulation Order 1911, Standing Orders, Scattered Homes - Instructions and Regulations, Regulations relating to the hours and places of meals and work and the hours of rising and going to bed, Code of instructions as to the bathing of inmates of all classes ; etc, A rare item ; no other such year books appear online as the time of this listing.
