Bound collection of short glossaries compiled from official maps of the countries concerned. Present are Albanian, Arabic, Burmese, Bulgarian, Chinese, Czech and Slovak, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, Indo-Chinese Languages (A), (B), (C), German, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian, Japanese, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay (A), (B), Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portugese, Romanian, Russian, Serb and Croat, Swedish, Spanish, Thai, Turkish. The glossaries were all compiled in the 1940s. They are basically bound together with hard covers at either side. All were published by the War Office. he collection is in good condition with some wear and discolouration consistent with age and use. The corners of the covers are bumped and worn and there is some minor nicking and tearing around the edges. The booklets have some age-related discolouration. Seller Inventory # 000715
