Both volumes in this two volume set are in fine condition in ivory colored cloth covered boards with a prior owner's name on the end paper and on the title page. Without a dust jacket as issued; however, the books are contained within a near fine slip case with one small area of the opening rubbed. A beautiful set of a remarkable piece of work on which the author spend a lifetime researching, organizing and writing. The author died in 1956 and the closing chapters were written by his long time associate and student, J. W. Smurr. With a forward by Alice M. Phillips. 79 pg. bibliog. Seller Inventory # TB10493

Delivery within the US: $10.00 for Priority delivery for 1st book $5.00 for each book thereafter. $4.00 for Book Rate (Media Mail) for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book.
Canadian or Overseas Deliveries will be at cost. Connecticut residents please add 6.35% state sales tax.

Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or over-sized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping cost are required.
