Staple-bound beige wrappers with black lettering on cover. No publication date, circa 1909, which is the date on the letters reproduced in the pamphlet. Moderate soiling to wrappers; some chipping and creasing to edges; small abrasion on cover. Binding is holding tight with no loose pages, but wrappers have started to tear around the staples. Interior has light toning, occasional mild soiling, and creases to many pages. Includes black-and-white illustrations throughout. This lengthy pamphlet encourages the reader to move to southwestern Colorado by extolling the agricultural virtues of lands that were formerly the Southern Ute Indian Reservation.
