See photos for condition. Hard cover boards corners curling in with fabric fraying a bit. Light bumping on edges, with 2 notable dings on the top and bottom edges of the front board. Ink on fabric rubbing a little bit. ~0.5 in rip in fabric on top of spine. Crease line down center of spine. Black smudging/spotting on back board fabric. Small rips and fraying in fabric on bottom of spine. A few dings on back board near top edge. All maps appear to be intact and present. Two maps have a ~1 in rip on bottom from page turning. Some pages have minor blemishes (e.g., small spot marks or dark smudges). Pages lightly toned. Front hinge a little bit tender, but overall very sound. Pages opposite and adjacent to maps have inherited some vertical crease lines. Some discoloration/blemishes in gutters. Pencil on ffep. Widening in the gutters, with binding thread visible in spots, but overall binding good. A few pages have creased corners. Fore edge of text block untrimmed, so some of these edges have small rips, chips or creases.
