"Over a decade ago, E & F, Inc. produced a book on vocational rehabilitation cases. The rationale for the book was to make available to rehabilitation consultants in the field of private sector rehabilitation some examples of how reports could be prepared for depositions or trial. The book was very popular and the inventory sold out in a very short time. This publication duplicates the effort of the first publication and, again, makes available some cases that illustrate how selected professionals are preparing forensic cases is a variety of areas. All of these professionals who contributed to this book are consultants with a considerable amount of experience in the vocational and economic forensic area. Cases that were selected for inclusion represent a variety of situations including workers compensation, veteran affairs, SSDI, and personal injury. Particular issues that are addressed are: life case planning {with adults and a child}, divorce, vocational assessment, loss of earnings capacity and future earnings, wrongful death, harassment in the workplace, self-employment, and birth injury.I am confident that the cases included in the publication meet or exceed the general criteria as stated above. On the other hand, the case reports represent the work of individual pratitioners; I am sure that each one of these indivuals world concede that there may be ways to approach the cases in terms of development. These cases, however, provide the reader with an opportunity to see how other professionals are developing their reports." {Tim Field, Editor}. This book has 306 pages and is illustrated. The text contains NO internal marks whatsoever. Overall, this is a FINE copy of this EXTREMELY SCARCE title. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Seller Inventory # 065428
