Flower Fairies of the Autumn. Written and illustrated by Cicely Mary Barker. Published by Blackie and Sons. Undated but probably 1950's. Size: 5 1/2 x 4 1/4. A hardcover book with grey-brown boards, black tiles and a paste down image of The Hawthorn Fairy on the front. Condition of book: Near Fine. The boards are very clean, the corners hardly rubbed and the image on the front absolutely unmarked. The pages are clean and un-thumbed. Only the end blocks are a very little foxed. There is a previous owner's name and the date, '1950', written on the first end paper. Condition of wrapper: It is complete; just a little worn at the top and the bottom. Clear tape has been used to reinforced the top of the spine and two corners. Faint pencil marks on a list on the back of the cover show where the previous owner has marked from the list the books that she owns. Seller Inventory # 000270
