Sprague de Camp & Fletcher Pratt (together on a Harold Shea novella, and separately), Philip K. Dick, Leah Bodine Drake, Bruce Elliott, Randall Garrett, Robert E. Howard (two Conan stories edited by de Camp), Katherine MacLean & Harry Harrison, Frank Robinson, Robert Sheckley, Clark Ashton Smith, John Wyndham, and others.
