Bound in half calf over marbled boards; spine in compartments decorated gilt with Contrasting morocco title label, gilt. Some light foxing, but otherwise a very good copy. Armourial bookplate of H. Moody. The History of the Thirty Year's War by the German writer, Friedrich Schiller (1759-1805). A version of this title appeared 1791-92 and in book form in 1802-09.
