This is a elephant folio hardcover volume in brick red gold embossed cloth.Amazingly the spine and boards are intact. There is wear but the spine will clean up preservative and polish. The back board has a tear in the cloth and wrinkles looks like it was wet at some point. The moire endpapers are not split and are unmarked except for a original book sellers label. There are 129 pages and 16 full size engravings some are quite fantastic. The first one by title has a lot of foxing. Then some have various amounts and some toward the rear have none. Most all of the text pages are unfoxed plates have tissue guards. We could find no other copies for sale. Will require extra postage. Seller Inventory # 2805.
