66, [2] p. 20 cm. Title page has small spot and chip on front and a library ink stamp (Harvard) on verso. Last page nearly detached. Title continues: "Fully Stated and Considered, in a Letter To the Right Honourable the Author of the Candid Reflexions on the Report of the General Officers, &c." About the ill-fated British campaign led by General Mordaunt to take the French port of Rochefort in 1757 during the Seven Years War.
