1919. (Hardcover) Very good plus, no dust jacket. 184pp. Burgundy cloth with gilt lettering to the cover and spine and gilt device to the front cover. Illustrations, notes, musical notation, index. The lettering on the spine is faded and there is a previous owner's name on the front endpaper.
