Calf rubbed, soiled and stained; horizontal closed tear to rfep. * Locally produced epitome of the appropriate act bound with the relevant number of the London Gazette which includes a 4pp resumé of the act as it applies to Northumberland plus an 1862 hand-coloured map showing the Highway Districts within the County. ** Not in COPAC.
