This copy in Fine condition in a close to Fine dust jacket (the jackets were cut 1/8" larger than the book so there is some rounding at top); otherwise a Fine jacket. See the photo. With introduction by Michael Renton and an afterword by Albert Sperisen. Printed by offset-lithography at the September Press, Wellingborough, English; bound by Smith-Settle of Otley, Yorkshire.
