Unpaginated version of Gray's Elegy following the author's 1768 approved edition with engravings by Agnes Miller Parker. Introduction by Hugh Walpole (pp ix - xv). Blue cloth covered boards with raised silver decoration and border on front cover and silver lettering on spine. Light blue page edges. Blue and white sewn headbands. Book plate of Carol Platz M.D. on front paste down. Laid in is a copy of 4pp leaflet Sandglass (No.VII : 16), the monthly membership newsletter of The Heritage Club. All enclosed within a sun faded blue card slip case. This is split along one short side and has been previously repaired with clear tape. Seller Inventory # 013711

The Bookshop at Beech Cottage trades exclusively via the internet. I acquire most of my stock through a network of suppliers based in southern England. My particular interests are illustrated Private Press and modern Poetry. I also have a collection of Prospectuses and similar ephemera.
