Jacket is wrapped in mylar, is not price clipped, and is in near fine condition with very minor creasing and soiling. Tight binding and clean interior. Bookstore sticker affixed to mylar on back flap of jacket. Includes a few black-and-white photos and illustrations. Before becoming governor of New Mexico, James F.
