191 p. 20.5 cm. Sound and square binding in cloth-covered boards. Upper board has some mottling from being damp at one time. Rub wear to the board and spine edges. The top edge of the text block has some foxing. Previous owner's name is markered out on the front free endpaper. Inside pages are clean and unmarked. The dust jacket has soil to the panels, moreso the front, and edge wear which includes creases, chips,and tears. The spine is darkened. The story of Peter Demo a twelve year old stowaway on a French sailing ship, who participates as a drummer boy at the battle at the Plains of Abraham. Seller Inventory # 6622
